IELTS Test Report Form (TRF)
The IELTS Test Report Form is the official record of an IELTS result. It lists the overall band and the separate skill bands. A paper form or its electronic equivalent can document your English proficiency, and the receiving organisation can verify the result through IELTS.

The IELTS Test Report Form is the official document that records your IELTS band scores. It may be issued on paper or electronically. The electronic form is known as an eTRF. If you took IELTS Online, IELTS can send your official result only by electronic delivery through the IELTS Results Service.
Suppose a graduate school asks for your IELTS result through electronic delivery. Look up the name it uses for receiving scores before selecting the recipient in the booking portal. A university may give you a specific account name to use, so check the instructions even if you recognise the institution’s name. The IELTS guidance on sharing results explains how organisations receive and verify official scores.
