SAT Score Choice and which test dates you can send
SAT Score Choice is the College Board option that lets you select which completed, scored test dates to include when sending SAT scores to a college. Each date you select includes both section scores from that sitting. The college’s own reporting policy tells you which dates it expects you to send.

SAT Score Choice lets you pick which SAT test dates to include in a score send to a particular college. Suppose your strongest Math result came in the spring, and your strongest Reading and Writing result came in the fall. If you select the fall date alone, the college receives both fall section scores. Your spring Math result stays out of that send.
If the college calculates a superscore and you want it to see both personal bests, you can send both dates. The admissions office then has the section scores it needs to apply its own policy. Check that policy before placing the order, since some colleges request your full testing history.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send Math from one date and Reading and Writing from another?
Score Choice sends both section scores from each date you select. A college that superscores can compare sections across the dates it receives.
Can I choose whether to send a result before I see it?
Score Choice works with tests that have already been scored. If you name a free score recipient in advance for an upcoming test, that send includes the result from that test.
Where can I check which scores a college wants?
Look at the testing policy for your application cycle on the college’s admissions website before selecting dates.
