Pakistan Exam Calendar: Plan Your Next Study Block
Exam dates from official calendars, together in one place.
Use your chosen exam as the starting point for a practical study calendar. Identify the test version or subject combination, organise the materials and give each milestone a preparation task. This guide helps you connect entrance-test or CSS preparation with college, university, work and the study time you can protect.

Make your calendar tell you what to do when a study block begins. Start with the exam you are preparing for, organise the materials and give the next milestone a useful task. Keep that preparation alongside college classes, university deadlines, work shifts and responsibilities at home.
Choose the right preparation route
NTS distinguishes NAT, GAT General and GAT Subject. Put the relevant test and its type, category or chosen subject at the top of your preparation checklist. Keep the materials for that route together so that each session works towards the exam you are taking.
UET publishes ECAT subject combinations linked to Intermediate or equivalent subjects. Build your ECAT preparation around the relevant combination, with a concept to explain and a practice task to inspect. Connect course revision with the difficulty you found in your own work.
PMDC’s final 2025 MDCAT curriculum names Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English and Logical Reasoning. Turn subject revision into active tasks: explain a relationship, interpret a problem or identify the wording supporting a conclusion. Keep each task linked to the materials you are using.
The FPSC CSS scheme includes compulsory subjects and optional subject groups. English Essay and English Precis and Composition appear among the compulsory subjects. For CSS written preparation, connect a reading task with an outline, a précis or a response you can improve.
Give milestones a preparation action
Separate administrative tasks from study tasks in your diary. A registration task needs the relevant documents and a clear action. A preparation block needs the topic, materials and intended outcome. Put the next task where you can begin it around your existing commitments.
After practice, identify whether the difficulty came from the concept, interpreting the information or explaining the response. Keep the correction beside your attempt and leave fresh practice ready. That makes the next block part of a connected routine.
Sample 12-week plan
Weeks 1–4: establish your routine
Choose 4 weekday blocks of 40 minutes and a 90-minute weekend session. On Monday, explain a topic from your chosen exam’s materials. Use Tuesday for practice, Wednesday for language or written work relevant to that exam and Thursday for a difficult topic. At the weekend, inspect the week’s attempts and apply a correction in fresh work.
Weeks 5–8: act on recurring difficulties
Begin each block with 10 minutes revisiting an earlier correction. Rotate the topic slots around your chosen exam’s priorities. Use the longer session to explain a difficult relationship or improve a substantial written response.
Weeks 9–12: connect practice and analysis
During the final 4 weeks, give timed practice a protected slot and put analysis in the following block. Keep a 40-minute reserve slot for work displaced by classes or employment. Leave the next task and its materials ready.
